Each Spring, the South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities recognizes and celebrates faculty members from member institutions with its annual Excellence in Teaching professional development grant of $3,000. The annual AU faculty grant winner may use this grant to acquire materials, equipment or technology, fund travel related to research or student learning, pilot new research programs, etc. The Excellence in Teaching award grant project should have a direct or indirect impact on the advancement of teaching and learning.   Application Deadline: Feb. 1st.
